On October 7th, Y., a resident of Kissufim, spent hours barricaded in a safe room while terrorists were inside his home. Yasmin hid with her two children as her husband fought outside. Only later did she learn that he had fallen in battle. Rafi, an ambulance driver, was shot along with his son and later rescued. While wounded, he witnessed the abduction of **Shlomo Mansour**, the oldest hostage taken by Hamas, who was later murdered in captivity. D., a combat soldier, arrived in Kissufim to rescue residents and was severely wounded. These are four testimonies from Kissufim — just four of the tens of thousands of lives irreversibly changed on October 7th. We won’t be silent.
